Decisions are taken in accordance with the Governing Body and Executive Committee time to time and procedures/practices of the Institute. Policy matters are decided at the level of Director/Governing Body. Director takes most decisions pertaining to the daily needs that are within her powers as per the Act. The Governing Body is the final authority for decisions that are outside his power
